Since 1990, nearly 20 global events have caused short-term panic and uncertainty. The COVID-19 pandemic has created significant volatility in the stock market and record low interest rates that have resulted in an income crisis as investors search for yield. Private (non-exchange traded) real estate may offer a way to shield investors from short-term stock market volatility and also generate income. Join Black Creek Group to discuss the resilience of private real estate amidst historical global crises and how it can provide a potentially meaningful source of income for investors in a time of low yield.
